After 21 days, you’ll have an evaluation with clear measurements and personal advice. You then decide without obligation, whether you want to continue and which training option suits you best.

Yes, in most cases. Training sessions are adapted to your injuries or limitations, with a strong focus on safe, pain-free movement. Most of our trainers have a background in physiotherapy. If needed, we collaborate with physiotherapists
