DUO TRAINING
IN AMSTERDAM-SLOTERDIJK
Train together with your partner, friend, colleague or anyone who needs that push as much as you do.
Sounds familiar?
You've both talked about it for months.
"We should really start doing something.""Yeah, let's do it. Next month."
Next month comes. Nothing happens.
You sign up at a gym. Three weeks in, one of you gets busy.
The other loses motivation without anyone to go with.
You both said you'd start this year.
And now you get home, open your phone, and the first message is always:
"Sorry, tonight's not going to work either."
And somewhere between the good intentions,
you both stopped showing up for yourselves.
You know you both want it to be different.
✓ Taking the stairs together, without passing out
✓ Going out on a Friday and actually having the energy to enjoy it
✓ Looking at each other in six months and saying; we actually did it this time!
Duo Training
at House of Fitness
Not a generic plan handed to you on a sheet of paper. We build around your level, your schedule, and your life.
Programmes that actually stick
What matters is where you've been, what you've tried, and what keeps getting in the way.
That's where we begin.
Your story matters
your kind of place.
You train alongside people who get it. Show up as you are and leave feeling like you actually belong here.
How it works for
the two of you
You both come in. Together.
Not separately. We want to get to know the both of you and learn;
What you've tried.
What got in the way.
What you actually want.
Let's grab a coffee. Both of you.
You start, on a schedule that works for both of you.
Two different calendars. Two different lives. We find the sessions that fit both, without either of you having to compromise. Once a week, twice a week, or a combination. We'll figure it out together.
You both try it before you commit.
One conversation isn't enough to know if something is right.
So you train together first. You both experience what it's like to have a coach who actually knows you. Then you both decide.
You keep going, because someone is always waiting.
This is where Duo Training is different from everything else you've tried. On the days motivation is low, the other person is already lacing up their shoes. You don't cancel, because cancelling means letting someone down.
