Let's grab a coffee. Both of you.

You start, on a schedule that works for both of you.

Two different calendars. Two different lives. We find the sessions that fit both, without either of you having to compromise. Once a week, twice a week, or a combination. We'll figure it out together.

You both try it before you commit.

One conversation isn't enough to know if something is right.
So you train together first. You both experience what it's like to have a coach who actually knows you. Then you both decide.

You keep going, because someone is always waiting.

This is where Duo Training is different from everything else you've tried. On the days motivation is low, the other person is already lacing up their shoes. You don't cancel, because cancelling means letting someone down.

Echt super fijne ervaring bij House of Fitness! De begeleiding is professioneel, persoonlijk en volledig op maat. De trainers denken actief met je mee en passen alles aan op jouw doelen en situatie, waardoor het niet alleen haalbaar is maar ook echt motiverend om vol te houden. Je voelt je hier echt gezien en geen nummer. Ik ben heel blij met deze plek en zou het iedereen aanraden die serieus en met goede begeleiding aan zichzelf wil werken!

I've been training with Sidney for a few weeks now. The first small successes are already showing on the scales, but more importantly: I feel so much fitter, more energetic and happier! Thank you Sydney for pushing me to go beyond my limits & always adapting the training to my individual needs! Einfach wunderbar ;-) :-)

Sinds ik train met Sidney, heb ik enorme stappen gemaakt. Hij is zeer kundig, motiveert enorm en zorgt voor afwisselende, uitdagende trainingen. Ik voel me fitter en sterker dan ooit. Een absolute aanrader als je jouw doelen wilt behalen!
