What are your opening hours?

Our studios are open Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 23:00 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 18:00 PM. Hours may vary at major holidays, so please check with us or our website for the latest updates.

How do I get started with a training program?

Getting started is easy! Contact us through our website form, email, or phone to schedule an free consultation. During this session, we'll discuss your goals, perform an InBody scan if desired, and create a custom plan. No commitment is required until you're ready.

Is House of Fitness suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! We welcome clients of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes. Our custom approach ensures sessions are safe, effective, and progressively challenging. We'll start at your pace and build from there.

What should I bring to my first session?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel if you prefer your own (we provide towels upon request). If you're interested in an InBody scan, avoid eating or drinking heavily 2 hours beforehand for accurate results. No other equipment is needed, we provide everything!

Can I bring a friend to my training session?

Yes! You can bring a friend to join your one-on-one session at no extra cost. It's a great way to stay motivated and share the experience.

Do you offer group training options?

While our primary focus is on personalised one-on-one training, we do offer small group training sessions upon request. We also partner with businesses for customised group classes, such as corporate programs. Please contact us directly via email or phone to discuss possibilities, availability, and pricing.

Do you offer nutrition or meal planning advice?

Yes, as part of our custom training programs, we are experts at basic nutrition and provide guidance tailored to your goals, drawing from evidence-based recommendations. For more in- depth meal planning or consultations with a registered dietitian, we can refer you to trusted partners. Let us know during your consultation if this is a priority.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a session fee. If you cancel within 24 hours, the session may be charged. We understand life happens, so we offer flexibility for emergencies, just let us know as soon as possible.

How do InBody scans and eGym hub work?

The InBody scan is a quick, non-invasive body composition analysis that measures muscle mass, body fat, and more to help track your progress. Our eGym hub uses smart technology for guided workouts and real-time feedback. Both are included in your training package or available as add-ons, ask your trainer for details.

Do your trainers have specializations?

We specialize in custom workout plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring safe and effective progress. Many of our trainers have backgrounds in sports and physiotherapy, allowing us to incorporate evidence-based strategies for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
