Small-Group Training
IN AMSTERDAM-SLOTERDIJK
Train together with your friends, neigbours, colleague or anyone new who needs that push as much as you do.
You arrive and the session is already planned. No figuring it out at the door, no waiting around. Your trainer is ready. So is everyone else.
You start with a proper warm-up, built around what your body needs that day, not a generic five minutes on the treadmill.
Then you work. Really work. The kind of session where you surprise yourself.
Can't do a certain exercise? Your trainer has already spotted it and swapped it out for something that fits you — without making it a moment. That's what max 8 makes possible. In a class of 25, nobody sees that. Here, they do.
When it's done, nobody rushes out. You cool down, you talk, you laugh. You already know you'll be back Thursday.

Not a generic plan handed to you on a sheet of paper. We build around your level, your schedule, and your life.
Programmes that actually stick
What matters is where you've been, what you've tried, and what keeps getting in the way.
That's where we begin.
Your story matters
your kind of place.
You train alongside people who get it. Show up as you are and leave feeling like you actually belong here.
this is
for you
You're busy, and you already know that taking care of yourself makes you better at everything else. The intention has never been the problem.
Big gyms didn't work. You went three times and then life happened. The group classes were fine, but you were just another body in the room. Nobody knew if you showed up. Nobody knew if your form was right. Nobody knew your name.
Training alone worked for a while. Until it didn't. Until the motivation ran dry and there was nothing pulling you back.
What you actually need is a room with people who take it as seriously as you do. Where the trainer knows you by name, by goal, and by what you struggled with last week. Where showing up for the group is reason enough to show up for yourself.
That's what this is.
Dont take our word for it
